This video is approx 7 mins long and is the latest commercial promo video form my production company ( Parsley Productions) .
The video is a culinary journey highlighting the stunning scenery and historic architecture in Extremadura Spain and follows the journey of the unusual Picota cherry.
I also throw in a little recipe as well !
Great guitar playing gives this video a very special Spanish flavour.

A food and travel series that looks at the history and origination of 5 of the UK`s (and world`s) most popular curries.

Donating profits from my new cookbook to food related charities - 24/07/13
I will be donating some profits from this and the four other books in the set of 5 to food related charities as I believe nobody should go hungry in this day and age.
My first book (out of a set of 5 ) is based on North India, the Punjab and the city of Amritsar. 
In the TV series and book I visit the Golden Temple and the communal kitchen`s that feed over 40,000 peopel per day a charity aimed at serving the poor and hungry with a healthy hot meal. 
It is this wonderfull act of kindness and humanity that has stimulated me into donating towards this and other food charities, in the hope that a little of what I can do will help support and feed those that are in such need.
