I am delighted to announce that my new e-book entitled "From Birmingham to Bombay" is now available.
The first book will take you on a visit to the Northern part of India, the city of Amritsar and the Punjab.
Here I look at the history and origination of the Tandoor oven and the tandoori recipes. I also take a trip to the Golden Temple and the communal Kitchens where over 40,000 free meals are cooked and served every day by volunteers.
The e-book is more of a culinary travel mag focusing on one part of India with regional recipes and stunning portrait, landscape and food photography to add to the culinary feast.
I have chosen to produce an e-book over that of a hard back to allow grater and wider access all at an achievable affordable price.
The e-book is also to tie in with my new TV series of the same title that will air on Food network UK as from August 19th - 23rd. From Birmingham to Bombay TV series is currently being transmitted on Al-Jazeera TV networks , Indian history channel , and New Zealand Lifestyle network and is being rolled out to other countries around the world.
