Method
1. In a large bowl toss together the red cabbage, onion, bean sprouts and carrot
2. Make a dressing by mixing together the olive oil, Ancient Greek Vinaigre, wasabi, lime juice and 4 tablespoon chopped coriander. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
3. Toss the red cabbage mixture with the dressing and serve.
