Summer Courgette and Apple Chutney

Notes:
 
Ingredients:

1kg  Courgette
500g apple

500g Onion

1 green pepper

2 cloves garlic

400gr demerara sugar

1 tblsp fresh grated ginger

1 large tsp ground turmeric

1 fresh chilli ( thai or birds eye variety)

500ml vinegar

1/2tsp salt


 
Method:

Place all the ingredients into a large saucepanand cook for 45 -55 mins until thick
Place into steralised jars and seal.

Store for 1 month before using.
 
Serves: 6x 250ml pots approx
